Catanzaro Servizi, now we need a sprint on the recovery plan

Until April 28th, Catanzaro Servizi will be under the coverage of protective measures from enforcement actions, such as foreclosures. Upon expiry of that deadline, you will be able to request an extension for another 4 months (and so on for the duration of the negotiated settlement procedure aimed at recovery).
But this does not mean that the investee company will sit idle during this period of time. In fact, on April 28, the judge will evaluate whether Catanzaro Servizi has done his homework. That is, if it has carried out the activities envisaged in the recovery plan. And it will also evaluate the status of the assignment of new economically relevant services already authorized by the City Council: greenery management, votive lamps, technical assistance and road maintenance and signs. In this phase the Municipality (sole shareholder of the subsidiary) is preparing the documents to be sent to the National Anti-Corruption Authority for the publication of in-house assignments, as per practice. Once the deadline has passed, the administration will be able to stipulate the service contract. The 60 days will obviously expire after April 28, but it will still be important to present yourself to the judge demonstrating that you have deposited everything and concretely started the process of assigning the services. In fact, the very future of the investee company will depend on these (and their respective revenues), which will have to be able to count on new resources to support the challenges that the recovery will impose.
