In recent days in Catanzaro, the soldiers of the main carabinieri station of the Catanzaro company arrested a 72 -year -old from the capital in deferred flagrance for violation of the obligations imposed by the precautionary measure. In fact, the man, despite being already subjected to the measure of the ban on approaching the ex -wife for persecutory acts, had been taken up by the woman the day before while parked his car in his house and continued to approach her. The victim then filed a report the next day at the Carabinieri station, also attaching a movie that filmed the scene.
It was precisely the video that allowed to trace the man and ascertain the violation, allowing the military to proceed immediately with the first investigations. The timeliness of the woman and the video immediately allowed the military to arrest in the deferred flagrance of man. At the outcome of the investigations, the person was arrested for the hypothesis of violation of the requirements imposed by the precautionary measure and, at the disposal of the judicial authority, subject to the measure of house arrest. During the validation hearing, the judge applied the precautionary measure of the ban on approaching with the application of the electronic bracelet. The criminal proceeding is still pending in the preliminary investigation phase.
