Applause show for the Harmonic studio in Cosenza, who staged his end of year essay at the Garden Theaterthis year inspired by the world of circus. The title of the show, “Circus”, acted as a common thread to a choral performance that involved all the students of the school, from the little ones – some of just three years – up to the older ones, with classical dance performances, contemporary dance and singing. An event that represents the conclusion of a long didactic path, made of commitment, study and passion. “Talling the stage and performing – explain from the school – requires a lot of preparation and helps the boys to win shyness, to grow, to get involved”. During the evening, diplomas to girls graduated in modern and contemporary dance were also delivered, an exciting and symbolic moment for those who completed their training course.
Advances on “Dreaming Peter Pan”
The show also hosted a brief anticipation of the musical “Dreaming Peter Pan”, which will be staged on June 22 at the Auditorium PalaCultura Giovanni Paolo II (via Rossini 188).
The project, entitled “Passion”, was born from the collaboration between Studio Harmonic, Academy sounds and noises directed by Roberta Cleo, and the Rat Center – Teatro dell’Aquario.
Three artistic realities united to give life to an original production: Studio Harmonic took care of the dance part, the academy sounds and noises that of singing, while the Rat Center followed the theatrical direction. The musical is freely inspired by the story of Peter Pan and is the result of an adaptation signed by Francesco Maestro Liuzzi.
All the young protagonists who have taken part in the project will be staged on stage, some of which have already excited the Garden audience with a preview of the show. “Dreaming Peter Pan” will only be the first step: already scheduled, for next year, a second edition of the project.
