With the approval (20 votes in favour) of the budget settlement, the City Council yesterday afternoon secured its majority. The Single Planning Document (Dup) 2027-2029, the tool for planning the activities of the municipal administration, mandatory by law, was approved with 20 votes in favor and 2 abstentions (Giuseppe d’Ippolito and Bianca Rende). The report was carried out by the manager of the Budget Sector, Marco De Vito.
Green light also for the general budget adjustment with the safeguarding of the balances pursuant to article 193 of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000. It was always approved with 20 votes in favor and one against (d’Ippolito). Bianca Rende abstained in this case too.
We then moved on to the approval of the extremely urgent public interventions for the immediate restoration of the usability of the roads as well as for the installation of signs and/or barriers necessary for closures and/or narrowing of carriageways following the exceptional meteorological events which occurred in February and the recognition of legitimacy of the off-balance sheet debts pursuant to articles 191 and 194: the practices were brought together in a single discussion relating to the first two points which dealt with the Budget (Dup and settlement) and voted separately. Added to the favorable winds was Bianca Rende’s “yes” with d’Ippolito abstaining on this point too.
