Around 2.30 pm today, the firefighters of the Crotone Command intervened in the Cantorato area following a fire that broke out in the chimney of a three-storey house, which involved part of the roof of the house.
The firefighting operations were made particularly difficult by the strong wind in the area. Thanks to the use of the ladder truck and the tanker, the firefighters managed to quickly contain the flames, safeguarding not only the roof, but the entire structure of the house. At the moment no injuries have been reported, while the causes of the fire, linked to the chimney, are being investigated.
