The Police arrested two people held responsible for possession for the purpose of dealing drugs in flagrante delicto. The operation was conducted by officers of the Crotone police headquarters as part of specific territorial control services arranged by the police commissioner Renato Panvino to combat drug trafficking in the city.
During the observation and monitoring activities, the police carried out two house searches in separate homes, where the frequent presence of individuals known as drug users was noted. The searches gave a positive result: they were further seized 50 grams of marijuana, 129 grams of hashish, a precision balancer e 1,900 euros in cash in medium denomination banknotes, believed to be proceeds from the drug dealing activity.
