The Northern League design on differentiated autonomy advances in the middle of the summer heat. Stopped in his purpose of creating the reform, Minister Roberto Calderoli is ready to close in the coming weeks a match with a high impact on the ground of the institutional structure known so far. In fact, Lombardy is preparing to sign the first agreements on three non -lep subjects, namely civil protection, professions and supplementary complementary pension, but above all on the health for which the Lea have already been defined. From the parts of the Pirellone, being able to count on more autonomy on health are considered an opportunity, perhaps to intervene on the salaries of doctors and nurses – Lombardy discounts the competition of Swiss wages – and more generally on waiting lists. As for the three NO LEP subjects, Calderoli yesterday made it known that he had received the green light from all the competent ministries.
The four subjects in the next few days will also be subjected to the other regions that have been interested in dealing immediately, namely Veneto, Liguria and Piedmont.
