“The dispute takes – continues Pagnotta – it cannot be transformed into an arm of judicial iron on the shoulders of the workers. It is now that the common sense prevails. We will not accept further postponements: the workers must return to service with the new company, immediately”.
Antonio Diuanico, secretary of the Fit-Cisl garrison of Cosenza, adds: “These workers, many family fathers, are experiencing a difficult and absurd moment, forced to preside over the council chamber of the Municipality to defend their rights. Thursday we expect concrete answers: we can no longer allow dignity and security to be trampled on”.
Fit-Cisl Calabria reiterates that the weather has expired: the continuity of employment must be guaranteed and each, for the part of its own competence, must assume the responsibilities necessary to prevent this dispute from degenere in a real social emergency.
