The State Police carried out the prison order issued by the ordinary Court of Lamezia Terme against a 42 -year -old Lametine, held responsible for the crimes of evasion and replacement of person.
In particular, during a control service of the territory carried out on the evening of 29 August last, the policemen of the Public Security Commissariat of Gioia Tauro noticed suspicious subjects driving a truck, in an unlined area and with high criminal density.
After carrying out a check, both personal and vehicular, it emerged that the driver of the carrier, who at first had tried to confuse the agents by declaring false details, was currently subjected to the measure of home detention, to which he had arbitrarily subtracted.
The man, in the circumstance, had been reported to the judicial authority for the evasion from house arrest and the issue of false declarations, with a contextual request for aggravation of the restrictive measure.
At the end of the formalities of the ritual, the 42 -year -old was conducted at the Palmi District House for the atonement of the residual penalty.
