“Today it was a duty, by the company and the whole team, to thank those who hosted us and those who made these weeks of pre -season retreat, in the name of familiarity, harmony and cordiality, helping to create an environment that has been able to lighten the labors of training and preparation” – were the words of dr. Luigi Micheli, who, in the name and on behalf of the company, wanted to offer certificates of thanks and estimate primarily to the President of the Province of Cosenza, Rosaria Succurro – who made available the brand new “Mellaro” sports center – and, subsequently, to Antonella Tarsitano (owner of the Hotel Park 108), to Liborio Bloise (Commissioner of the Sila National Park), Ilario Treccosti (director of the National Park (Director of the National Park. Della Sila), Lorenzo Lucanto (president of the Proloco) and the men of the local Carabinieri station station.
The meeting with the authorities took place in the presence of Mr. Antonio Buscè and his technical staff, the team and all the collaborators of the rossoblù family.
Cosenza Calcio represents that identity, which has strong roots in the history of a territory and in the football faith of a people who always manage to stand out for commitment, for passion, for attachment and for love. And our presence in Lorica is only a further piece of a puzzle, which is then a path of participation, enhancement and promotion, which will take us to the territory and to have direct contact with the fans and with the social realities that operate in often not easy contexts. On the other hand, football, as a sport, is also and above all commitment to the social and it is from here that we want to start again.
