A strategic global vision, which gives new light to Sicily, but also – by reflected – to a southern Italy burdened by diffidence and prejudices, mainly unfounded. Instead, to certify a consolidated interest – and based both on the objective beauty of the places, but also on a whole frame of services, structures and professionalism at the height of the best standards, essential for complex and highly capitalized international negotiations – is Forbes Global Properties, division of the American publishing group Forbes for services to the main world real estate companies in the high -end Real Estate.

Sicily therefore (with other selected locations such as Lake Como, Florence, Venice, Genoa and Trentino) enters the prestigious FGP showcase, which sees Italy next to others, among others, in the USA, Australia, India, Japan, Caribbean area, France, Germany, UK. Exclusive partner for negotiations in Sicily will be the Catania Rizzotti Advisors, as official by the CEO of Forbes Global Properties Michael Jalbert during the press conference held in Taormina, at the Hotel San Pietro, eloquently entitled “A network of excellence to create value and development in Sicily”. Jalbert confirmed the specific interest of funds and investors on island assets, underlining that the Forbes network, present in over 75 countries, includes “only operators who stand out for competence, reliability and measurable results”. “Sicily has great potential, and is one of the most coveted destinations – Marcus Benussi, Managing Director of FGP – and Forbes has reiterated all the tools to be able to involve millionaire users of the iconic market magazine and finance towards Sicily”. “This recognition crowns a path of almost three years, during which Forbes has carefully verified our solidity, ethics and ability to operate on complex assets, both in the high -end residential and in the luxury hospitality” says Felice Rizzotti, who together with his wife, the architect Loredana Cucinotta, founded the company involving professionalism of the territory. The Assents management portfolio stands at 300 million euros while negotiations are underway with a Dubai company interested in Hospitality activities in Sicily. Among the most requested locations, in addition to Taormina – the Italian White Lotus of 10,000 euros/m2 which increasingly attracts “Billionaire” investments and tries to welcome them to the best, as highlighted by the deputy mayor Jonathan Sferra – also Ragusa, Noto, Catania, Palermo, the minor islands and Sciacca.

Of particular interest was the legal and technical study, dedicated to contextualizing the results of such a partnership, capable of having important repercussions not only financial, on private capital and the tourist induced, but also in terms of taxation, economy and enhancement of the network of services and skills. To talk about the lawyers Bernardo Frosina and Sergio Cacopardo, prof. Enrico Macrì, UNICT commercial law of commercial law, the accountants Paolo Bonaccorso and Alessandro Micale, Maria Elena Scuderi, councilor of the Airport company of Catania, and Flavio Sarcià, commercial director Italy Banca Sella Sella & C. A large focus, between regulatory inflation (local, regional, national and international), complex reconstructions of property ownership and reliable certificates of urban regularity, needs Privacy and linguistic clarity, legal two diligence, tax advice, up to architectural design and interior design. Without forgetting the indispensable dialogue with local authorities and infrastructure equipment, necessary to facilitate achieving and logistics.
