From Thursday the workers of the Forestry Corps will land in the Aeolian and precisely in the smallest of the seven islands, Alicudi, and in the Borgo Ginostra, in Stromboli, with the aim of trying to capture the numerous wild goats that wander undisturbed among the inhabitants of the small islands. An atavistic problem for Alicudi and also for Ginostra. The forestry have already made several inspections and have also made and mounted the fences. An operation strongly desired by the mayor of Lipari and six of the seven islands of the Aeolian archipelago, Riccardo Gullo, who at the Prefect of Messina Cosima in Stani exposed this problem and above all managed to avoid the demolition of the animals that will instead be transported to a Sicilian company.
