The evening lively that of 10 August in Fusaldo during the celebrations in honor of San Francesco di Paola. A 40 -year -old prejudiced place was arrested by the Carabinieri of Fuscaldo on charges of personal injury and threatens to public officials.
According to what was reconstructed, the man would have chased another citizen for futile reasons, armed with a knife, hitting him in the face and causing him wounds healed in ten days. Stopped by the military, the 40 -year -old would have reacted with insults and threats, also aimed at the station commander, in an attempt to escape identification and search.
After the arrest, the judge validated the detention and ordered the obligation to present the judicial police for the suspect.
