It was known that the re -down path of the Gioia Tauro waste -to -energy plant would have been complex but did not imagine so slowly. Only at the end of March, the Region, after a complicated process, had unlocked the procedure that ended before the courts. The green light to the refunctionalization including the doubling had started at the end of 2022 but then everything had run. So the decision to start from scratch with the appointment of a new technical college that will have to check the offers presented with respect to the European race of over 100 million euros.
