The substitute prosecutor Giorgia Spirito appointed the coroner Orazio Cascio of Catania as its technical consultant. At the end of the first neurosurgery intervention, the 78 -year -old, according to the lawsuit presented to the Messina prosecutor’s office, was subjected to an emergency operation for a trachea injury.
