A man in prison for stalking and family violence. The State Police has implemented the order for the application of the precautionary measure.
The provision, issued by the GIP of the Court of Palmi at the request of the local Public Prosecutor’s Office, arises from the complaint presented by the woman to the Cittanova police station, during which she described the abusive, threatening and violent conduct of which she was the victim.
The man, in fact, was not resigned to her refusal to establish an emotional relationship with him and, for this reason, carried out repeated oppressive acts.
The police, who started the investigation with the coordination of the Prosecutor’s Office, reconstructed an absolutely serious circumstantial framework, which led to the application of the precautionary measure of custody in prison.
