Antonino Moscheo, 72, died this afternoon after having had an accident with the Letojanni scooter. Just before 9.30 he was traveling on the state road in the direction of Catania to reach the town, where he lived, when he accused an illness that made him lose control of the vehicle, which ended up in the other lane and then against the guardrail. To the first people who stopped to help him the man appeared lucid and collaborative, despite the probable fracture with one leg. He was transported to the Taormina hospital, where his conditions are later worsened, until it due to death.
