Francesco Riitano leaves the prison to be transferred to the San Pio community to Piazzolla di Nola, in the province of Naples, as it was considered incompatible with the prison regime. Riitano, Broker of the Gallace gang, had been reached in recent days by an order of precautionary measure in prison as part of the Kleopatra operation, performed by the military of the Guardia di Finanza.
In the days following the execution of the restrictive measure, the lawyers of the suspect, Michele D’Agostino and Vincenzo Cicino, presented an application to the investigating judge aimed at obtaining the replacement of the measure in progress for incompatibility of the health conditions of Ritano with the prison regime. Integrated request with the health documentation on the state of health of the suspect and the health report developed by the district house certifying the state of incompatibility with the permanence within a penitentiary structure.
