Damiano Elia: 3 years, 10 months and 20 days + 800 euros fine
Antonio Falabella: 4 years, 5 months and 10 days + 1 778 euros of fine
Agostino Pignataro: 7 years and 4 months
Alessandro Forastefano: 8 years
Antonio Antolino: 2 years and 8 months
Leonardo Falbo: 2 years and 8 months
Enzo Gencarelli: 1 year, 7 months and 20 days
In other cases:
Saverio slow: cancellation of the sentence without postponement (acquittal)
Pasquale Forastefano: a reduced sentence of 4 months (she was already sentenced to 18 years in the second degree)
Domenico Massa, Luca Talarico and Silvio Forastefano: confirmed in the roles already determined on appeal.
