New international impulse for Lamezia Terme airport. SACAL and Norwegian announce the opening of the direct Lamezia–Oslo connection, which will be operational from 4 May to 19 October 2026, with a weekly flight every Monday. A strategic innovation that strengthens relations between Calabria and Scandinavia, expanding the range of action of the Lamezo port towards the markets of Northern Europe.
The route will allow Norwegian travelers to discover Calabria’s naturalistic and cultural destinations, while offering Calabrians quick access to the Norwegian capital and its famous fjords. A connection which, as underlined by SACAL, will also have positive repercussions on tourism and the international positioning of the region.
