The Commissioner of the province of Catanzaro has ordered the Closing for 15 days of a bar located near the historic center of Lamezia Terme, deemed usual meeting point of subjects prejudiced or dangerous, some of whom are condemned for serious crimes.
The measure was adopted pursuant toArticle 100 of the Consolidated Law of Public Security Laws, on the basis of an information activity of Police Commissioner of Lamezia Terme and the investigation carried out byLicenses Office of the Administrative Police Division.
The measure is character quote and is based on the objective assessment of the danger to public order and the safety of citizens, even in the absence of disorders actually occurred. The goal is dissuade dangerous subjects from attending certain places and reporting the constant attention of the authorities.
The monitoring by the police in the provincial territory remains high, with the intention of preventing and extinct potentially risky situations for the community.
