With 14 votes in favor, 6 against and 4 abstentions, the city assembly approved the general settlement of the budget and the safeguarding of the balances for the 2025 exercise. It was the first real test for the Murone administration and for the city council. A long and articulated session, characterized by a blow and a tight response between the municipal government and the majority on the one hand and a very fierce minority on the other.
To illustrate the economic-financial situation of the institution was the Councilor for the Budget Giulia Banova, who asserted: “In a short time we did a full-bodied job to take measures that allow the body to comply with the prescriptions of the Court of Auditors”.
