The mayor of Lamezia Terme, Mario Murone, has revoked the decree with which in recent months he had appointed Donatella Amicarelli, exponent of Futuro Nazionale, as municipal councilor.
“Fn irreconcilable with the values that animate the coalition”
In the revocation decree, Murone, who leads a centre-right council, explains that «at a national level, the program presented by Futuro Nazionale is irreconcilable with the government action of the centre-right and with the values that animate the coalition in support of the current mayor. The inappropriate expressions and unacceptable statements have created irreversible tensions with the other members and could lead to the unachievability of the government’s objectives, so much so that this situation has already been immediately communicated to councilor Amicarelli who joined the Futuro Nazionale political party in June and to all the majority group leaders. No response was received from councilor Amicarelli, also an expression of the Futuro Nazionale council group with Vannacci, but on the other hand there were a series of journalistic initiatives attributable to the Futuro Nazionale group, with which the distance with the coalition that governs the city was further highlighted”. «This contrast therefore – concludes Murone – has become incurable».
