On August 18, starting at 21, the Sicilian Opera Choir proposes, exclusively, for the Greek Theater of Tindari the “Lucio Dalla Tribute” – Work of contamination between pop and opera – a journey into the musical and poetic universe of Lucio Dalla under the direction of Francesco Costa and the Orchestra in residence and the participation of the Children’s Choir of the Istituto comprensivo G. Lombardo Root of Patti and of the Music Art Academy prepared by Coralie Camuti.
In 2005, in the enchanting cavea of ​​Tindari, in fact, the great Bolognese singer-songwriter decided to stage a historic concert – later immortalized on DVD – in which he reinterpreted his greatest hits in a symphonic chamber key.

The Opera Festival of Stone Theaters continues in this veritable work of innovation by dedicating the recital to the sublime melodies created by a legend of Italian music whose history is inextricably linked to Sicily and which will be reinterpreted in a singular acoustic key by the resonances echo of classical, popular and pop thanks to the unpublished compositions of Corrado Neri and the lead vocals of Pierdavide Carone.

A rich musical marathon that will be experienced among the millenary rocks on the Gulf of Patti: 4/3/1943, Song, Anna and Marco, Caruso, Attenti al Lupo, Piazza grande, The year to come, How deep is the sea , Futura, Tu non mi basta mai will be, etc, the soundtracks with which the genius Dalla has imprinted his memory in the eternal history of the song.
