The financiers of the Naval Operational Section of the Ionian Roccella Guardia di Finanza, as part of the activities in contrast to the tax evasion linked to the taxes in the sector of maritime state concessions arranged on the regional territory by the Aironavale Operational Department of Vibo Valentia, have completed an articulated investigative activity, which has affected several entrepreneurial realities operating along the Ionian coast of Reggio.
The service made it possible to ascertain serious defaults in the field of IMU and TARI, for unresolved and not paid annuality. The inspection activity developed through mixed – documentary, cadastral and operational investigation techniques on the field – carried out through the cross use of open sources, databases in use to the body and the analysis of the accounting documentation and concession.
The carrying out of inspections and observation services carried out on the coast has made it possible to identify capital goods – although insistent on state -owned areas and mirrors of concession – not declared or declared in an incongruous way, according to the principle of effective contribution capacity.
The activity took place against four distinct economic subjects and made it possible to bring to taxation recovery an overall amount that exceeds 400,000 euros, between due taxes, penalties and interests.
