Good news for the Castell’Umberto community: Massimiliano Crimi Gialuisi, the 44 -year -old who passed away last Thursday, was traced this morning around 10.15 in Capo d’Orlando.
The carabinieri found it, who conducted research with great attention and sensitivity. The operations, entrusted to the soldiers of the Umbertina station, coordinated by the lieutenant Giuseppe Mangano and the company of S. Agata di Militello, led by Major Maurizio Blasa, were quick and effective.
After the reporting of the explosion by the family members, the Prefecture of Messina has activated the national plan for disappeared people, allowing to concentrate research in a few hours.
Massimiliano, a fragile but well known subject in the country, had left the house where he lives with the elderly mother very early in the morning, without his cell phone and without giving news to the family members. He had taken a bus at 8.30 headed to Messina, where he had gone. The police had monitored the surveillance cameras at the bus stop, the railway station and the bus terminals, finding his presence in the city.
However, despite the numerous checks and reports to the Nue 112, Massimiliano had moved away before the arrival of the patrols. The community can now breathe a sigh of relief, hoping that this prompt identification will put an end to two days of anguish.
