The Srr Messina-Provincia does not give up the project of the plant center for the treatment of waste from the Zuppà district. A system deemed crucial for the 57 members of the members (by the Nebrodi up to Falcone), for the savings that would guarantee on management costs. During the last shareholders’ meeting (only seven Municipalities present), therefore, the intention of re -resulted in the application of the Teger (the unique regional authorization provision) and that of appealing in front of the CGA of Palermo the sentence of the Tar of Catania which in January rejected the appeals of the same SRR and BioWaste was therefore emerged.
