The resolution proposal was the 245 and was approved unanimously: 19 favorable on as many present. The city council gave the green light to the affixing of the bond of public utility subordinated to the expropriation of the area behind the compendium of the Morandi Torre in Torre Faro, giving immediate enforceability.
