An evening of tradition, quality and enhancement of the territory. Yesterday at Court of the seasthe first restaurant that officially joined the project was presented “Lusts of taste”, the new circuit promoted by Associbo, association led by the President Will be Gugliotta, a face also known to the television public as a judge of the RTP broadcast “Messetvola”.
The project was born with a clear objective: to combine restaurants and agri -food companies that focus on territoriality, quality and sustainability, inserting local products in food and wine paths capable of telling the history and identity of a territory.
The Court of the Mari thus becomes the first Messina venue to embrace the initiative, committing to offering the products of the companies belonging to Associbo in its menus. A recognition that will be enhanced with certificates, glassmies and the presence in the ecogastronomic path promoted by the Association.
To make the event even more special was the presence of the Chef Paolo Romeo, first testimonial of Taste loverswho conceived and created a menu on the subject, receiving applause and congratulations for his ability to enhance the authentic flavors of raw materials.
