A man of Tunisian nationality arrested, twenty -five years old, who remained the author of the crime of attempted aggravated extortion and referred to in a state of freedom for the crime of multiple aggravated personal injuries. From a first reconstruction of the facts it was ascertained that the victim, owner of a commercial activity located in Piazza Lo Sardo, had been attacked by a man who, in an evident state of intoxication, first had presented himself at his activity by starting to annoy the patrons and subsequently threatening the same victim, as well as his wife, under the claim of wanting to consume foods and drinks without paying any payment.
The subject, removing only for a few moments outside the activity, after overturning the tables and portarifiuti baskets on the public street, with aggressive to make a glass bottle from the ground and, brandishing it with threatening, he had claimed to consume meals without paying, throwing the same bottle at the address of his wife and hitting the husband with a garbage bin present there, then to go away.
