While the contacts between Messina and the cooperative company continue, in the hope of guaranteeing at least one dignified present to the club from a sporting point of view, time continues to scroll and every day lost it weighs like a boulder. In just over a month, football will return to Sunday: the D Serie D will officially start on August 24 with the first round of the Italian Cup, while the championship will start two weeks later, on September 7 (last day on May 3, 2026).
By the end of July, the composition of the nine groups could be defined, preceded by the Board of Directors of the National Amateur League, which a few days before (25 July) will sanction organic, definitive inscriptions and any repechage.
