On the way to Mary, from Larnderia to Dinnammare, hundreds of devotees of all ages have relived the experience of the night pilgrimage, bringing to the shoulder the picture of the Virgin and Blessing Child supported by two dolphins (a copy of the work created by the artist Michele Panebianco), up to the square of the Sanctuary, on top of the Peloritani mountains. Here this morning the tribute to the Madonna di Dinnammare was renewed: Don Angelo Isaja parish priest of Nice of Sicily was to preside over the first mass, with the participation of many faithful from all over the city.
To welcome the painting of the Madonna, the mayor Federico Basile with the men of the Navy and the restorative inspector Giovanni Cavallaro of the Command of the Forestry Corps.
