In order to guarantee the full management and administrative activity of the Company, the role of general manager will be held on an interim basis by Dr. Salvo Puccio, (former manager of AMAM SpA) general manager of Messinaservizi Bene Comune SpA, by virtue of a specific agreement. The solution will allow AMAM to continue ongoing activities.
