A street vendor of 55 years of non -EU origins, in an evident state of alcoholic thrill, attempted to invest a local police officer and ended up in handcuffs. The episode occurred on the evening of last Monday in Reggio Calabria, in Pentimele, in an area where stalls had been positioned on the occasion of the holidays in honor of the Madonna della Consolazione.
The street vendor first ran against a local police patrol after the request to move his vehicle because he hindered traffic, and then, driving his van, tried to invest an agent who did not report physical damage only thanks to the prompt reaction.
The non -EU citizen was arrested for resistance and aggravated threat to public officials.
