Positions entrusted continuously to three lawyers in violation of the rotation principle. This is what has occurred in the last 14 years to the Lametino Municipality where 3 external professionals have managed the legal office of the Municipality of Lamezia since 2011 to date, in violation of the contract code. This was notified by the National Anti -Corruption Authority (ANAC) with resolution no. 335, in which it is highlighted how the municipal administration has entrusted the legal positions by assigning to the three professionals a predetermined monthly consideration which, according to what the Anac highlights, “does not take into consideration the quantity or quality of the service provided by the lawyers, with an amount equal to the annual remuneration currently provided by the CCNL local functions for the area of officials with zero salary differential, increased by the administration allowance provided by the local authority”.
