About ten AC Milan ultras surrounded, immobilized and kicked and punched journalist Klaus Davi who on Sunday afternoon was in Piazza Axum, the traditional meeting place of AC Milan fans, where members of the “Banditi Curva Sud Milano” movement had met for Sunday evening’s derby, among other things on the sidelines of the initiative promoted by the City Angels “Solidarity Derby” with which the two opposing fans raised funds for the homeless. This was announced by the journalist Eugenio Minniti’s lawyer. Davi – who for two years has been conducting an investigation into the infiltration of organized crime in the AC Milan and Inter clubs and has also documented numerous Ultras meetings (also published by the Rai 3 program “Report”) in Cinisello Balsamo and at “Baretto 1957” (meeting of the Inter Ultras) and the meeting with Berto Bellocco, Antonio’s brother, which took place in San Ferdinando in Calabria in May 2025 – was surrounded, immobilized and beaten by a dozen men with kicks and a punch delivered by an ultra, hitting him above the temple, and who attempted to take away his mobile phone, forcing him to delete what he had filmed during his inspection in Axum Square. Hundreds of members of the Curva Sud had met in the square and Davi had gone there to document the “meeting”, which was also widely publicized on the social networks of the ultras organisations.
Dozens of people would have witnessed the attack without intervening. Despite the threats and blows, Davi, now accustomed to difficult situations, remained calm and lucid and managed to film the entire scene with a second mobile phone.

“The journalist – says his lawyer Eugenio Minniti – for his investigations was heard as a person informed on the facts by the Milan flying squad in December 2024 and, from what we have learned, he should also be heard soon by the Anti-Mafia Investigation Directorate, again for his investigations in the curves”.

“Milan is not Tehran, there cannot be free zones delegated to the “security” of the Ultras – continued Klaus Davi’s lawyer – My client does not intend to retreat and will continue his investigations as he has always done without retracing his steps since the day of Antonio Bellocco’s murder. The journalist will present a complaint against unknown persons in the next few hours”, concluded Eugenio Minniti. Davi was not injured and is currently under medical and cardiological observation.
