The bell is about to play and the spotlight on the “dear books” also light up this year. Analyzing the situation in the Vibonese, it is clear that the expenditure for textbooks for first and second grade secondary schools never falls below 300 euros. In detail, there are few variations compared to previous years. For the first year of the “Giuseppe Berto” scientific high school, the total cost of the books is 366 euros: costs substantially similar compared to those registered last year, when the expenditure stood at 368 euros.
Very slight decrease, not very significant, for the first year of the “Galileo Galilei” technical institute, whose set of textbooks has a cost of 381 euros, compared to 385 last year. A remarkable reduction compared to the previous two years is reported by the “Gagliardi-Prestia” professional center, which in any case confirms the school where it is spent more: the total cost of the texts amounts to 387 euros, compared to the 455 euros of last year and the 400 euros of two years ago.
