The debates results confirmed and consolidated the absence of the constitutive elements of the crimes contested to the defendants of the criminal procedure called “Euroscuola”. This is what, in summary, reads in the 156 pages of the reasons with which the Court of Locri acquitted with Formula full the 19 charges from the disputed crimes.
The judges ordered the return to the metropolitan city of Reggio Calabria of the seized properties: that in the Gnuramomma district, home of the “D. Panetta” art institute, and the one in via Marconi, which housed the Professional Professional Institute of Industry and Crafts (IPSIA). The return to the entities of all the assets still under seizure is also ordered, including properties, registered movable property, current accounts, securities and corporate shares.
