Theft with burglary in the house of a well -known lawyer in the Tina district. A criminal introduced himself to the house taking advantage of the absence of the lawyer, but had not foreseen the presence of the father of the lawyer, who lives in a neighboring house. Realizing suspicious noises, the man went down to control and surprised the thief while he was rummaging between drawers and wardrobes. At that point the criminal fled, but the elderly person – with great promptness – did not hesitate to launch himself into pursuit. The scene moved to the highway 18, where the pursuit continued for a few hundred meters, attracting the attention of several motorists. The carabinieri intervened on the spot, alerted by the victim’s father, who in the meantime had provided a detailed description of the fugitive. The police are now viewing the surveillance cameras of the area to trace the identity of the thief. Fortunately nobody was injured. The theft (in particular jewels) is around 3 thousand and 500 euros.
