A curious and satisfied public welcomed in the evocative setting of the Palazzo della Cultura di Protection payment the first evening of Calabrian beatsthe traveling summer tour created by Beroe Editions. Under the guidance of the artistic director Renato Costa (Edizioni Beroe), the group formed by the voices of Ilaria Amodio, Dolores Mazzeo, Giuseppe Ingoglia and by the guitarist master and composer Daniele Fabio led the public to experience a journey through the Calabrian landscape wonders.
The show took place as a musical reading that offered the reading of texts by great authors of various genres such as: Dalida, Rino Gaetano, Carlo Diano, Francesca Diano, Leonida Repaci, Alexandre Dumas, Cesare Pavese and many others. The first date of Battiti Calabresi was organized with the support and collaboration of the Municipality of Pizzo represented during the event by the councilor Gennaro Muratore, who, in addition to having inaugurated the tour with institutional greetings, also delivered the certificates of participation to the artists. The next stage of Battiti Calabresi will take place in Palmi on September 1st at the Villa Comunale Mazzini from 10pm.
