After a week of fire, the waters of the center -right between Palermo and Rome remain agitated, and while in Forza Italia the exchange of blows between the vice -president of the Chamber Giorgio Mulè and the governor Renato Schifani still makes noise, on the “Tardino case” the wait (and the tension) grows in view of the hearing of the TAR, set in the first of the two days available for the court on the calendar of next month, that is, on 9 September. The alternative would have been 26, too far for the lawyer and for the President of the Region, who against the appointment of the former League MEPs in the role of extraordinary commissioner of the Port System Authority of the Western Sicily Sea have filed an emergency appeal, objecting lack of concertation by Minister Salvini and skills in the figure chosen by the leader of the Carroccio. But the time to draw up the appeal and deposit it within 20 canonical days were too tight and so, to accelerate the process, the suspension of the assignment in a precautionary way was asked first, an application that the body of administrative jurisdiction will deal in two weeks, even if, they underline from Palazzo d’Orleans, the main objective is to win on the merits and cancel the appointment of Annalisa Tarino. I am denied, however, by the port authority itself, the news of the immediate acceptance by the TAR of the interruption of the administrative and management activity of the entity.
