“The city cannot undergo a redesign of the social and economic life made according to a work which, however useful, will be invasive during the cantieristic phase especially to be totally changed by its balance”. It emerges from a 60 -page document, and in particular by the first five, signed by the mayor Federico Basile and the general manager Salvo Puccio, the position in some ways surprising – especially in the tones – of the Municipality of Messina not only with respect to the railway works connected to the bridge, to which that document refers, but to the bridge over the narrow in general. A much more clear and “severe” position than those so far (especially recently) recorded, put black on white in the dossier of observations sent to the Ministry of the Environment in recent days relating to the preliminary project of RFI on the connection between the railway track of the bridge, which “comes out” to contesses, and the current one.
