The sale of Reggina to an Italian-American group seems ever closer. This morning there was an economic agreement just a few steps away, but also many – perhaps too many – details to be defined to allow for cautious optimism.
Despite the usual difficulty in finding news from official sources, due to the confidentiality agreements that are characterizing this phase, today things seem to have evolved in a positive way.
There would still be a lot of writing to do and it is still too early to hypothesize a closing date, but the parties would really not be far from closing. Reggina could therefore soon change ownership by moving to a group coordinated by the current president of Campobasso Matt Rizzetta.
