The State Police of Reggio Calabria arrested a 31 -year -old man, caught in the act of violating the ban on approaching the former partner.
The intervention took place after a call to the single emergency number 112: the woman had reported the presence of the former outside her home, where the man was knocking insistently and violent attitudes, claiming that he could take his son with him.
Upon arrival of the steering wheels, the man had already moved away, but was tracked down shortly afterwards near the same home. For him, the arrest for the violation of the prescriptions related to the precautionary measure was triggered. Thanks to the timely intervention of the police, it was possible to stop potentially dangerous behavior and guarantee the victim’s safety.
At the disposal of the judicial authority, the 31 -year -old was conducted in his home in a neighboring municipality and placed under house arrest, pending the validation hearing.
