They are the centre-right city councilors Demetrio Marino, Massimo Ripepi, Federico Milia, Antonino Maiolino, Roberto Vizzari, Antonino Zimbalatti, Saverio Anghelone, Antonino Caridi, Giuseppe De Biasi, Guido Rulli and Mario Cardia, who are attacking «the appointment of councilor Antonino Castorina as head of cabinet of the Metropolitan City, signed by Acting Mayor Carmelo Versace», because they explain «it is not a simple administrative act but represents an act of political arrogance that cannot and must not go unnoticed, taking the form of a violent slap in the face of a city that is literally drowning in degradation and total abandonment.”
