Pasquale Tridico, candidate of the center -left for the presidency of the Calabria Region, faces the last days of the election campaign. We met him in Corigliano-Rossano, on the occasion of the closure of the progressive field, surrounded by the family: his wife and two children.
What days will the latter be for you?
“It will be extraordinary days, of great passion. Here I found a lot of hope and a great desire to start again. I am happy to represent this Calabria, a Calabria that wants to live quality work, which asks for modern infrastructures, digital work, but also simple and fundamental things, like water at home that still today is often missing. This is what I have heard in recent weeks, and that’s what I carry with me”.
In recent weeks, the campaign has caught. Why? What happened?
“I don’t know, maybe they are nervous. I made an election campaign with the heart, because they are this. Not with the belly, never with the belly: with the heart. If someone thought they won easy, it was wrong. And now it is more nervous”.
