On Monday it was thought that the identification of the center -left candidate for the presidency of the Region was now only a matter of hours. And meetings on the axis between Rome and Calabria. In reality, the picture is looming a little more complicated and less linear than expected. At least until the currently popular figure, the MEP Pasquale Tridico, indicated by the 5 Star Movement, will not have dissolved his reserve, in one sense or another. It is easily imaginable that the pentastellato exponent and member of the Left Group to the European Parliament, former Inps president, is not taking this perspective lightly: lead the coalition of the wide field in Calabria, in a sprint election campaign, will require a significant political effort. Behind it, it will therefore be necessary to have the utmost unit of intent to counter a center -right which with the resigning president Roberto Occhiuto already moves to develop the lists, showing off certain security in the result that will be released from the ballot boxes on 5 and 6 October.
