Great tennis is once again the protagonist in Rende. The Chiappetta Sport Village is currently hosting the prequalifications of the Internazionali Bnl d’Italia, scheduled at the Foro Italico in Rome from 28 April to 17 May. An event that attracts more than 90 participants from all over Italy, many of whom have a notable Italian ranking and a highly respectable world ranking.

The tournament kicked off on February 14th with the draw reserved for fourth category players. Subsequently, on Sunday 22 February, the scoreboard dedicated to second category tennis players began, further raising the technical level of the challenges on the court.
The matches, scheduled exclusively in the morning hours throughout the week, are offering balanced and intense matches, in a club kissed by an almost spring-like climate which makes watching the exchanges even more pleasant.
Finals and prizes up for grabs
The decisive day will be Sunday 1 March, when the final of the second category draw will be played: the winner will gain the opportunity to access the qualifiers of the Internazionali Bnl d’Italia in Rome. The awards ceremony for the fourth category tournament is also scheduled on the same day, the winner of which will be able to participate in the dedicated tournament which will also take place in the capital in April.
