Important appointment, in Rende, next Friday 21 November at 8.30am, at the BCC Mediocrati Management Centre. “Bilaterality, training and welfare: contractual obligation or competitiveness lever? Reflections for Professionals and Companies on the role of Bilateral Bodies, Financed Training and Second Level Negotiation”, this is the title of the meeting, organized by FormaSicuro Calabria together with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Cosenza and that of Labor Consultants. With the partnerships of FederTerziario Calabria and Ugl, as well as the Bcc itself.
“Bilaterality, training and corporate welfare are not just contractual obligations, but strategic tools for the growth and competitiveness of businesses,” explains Luca Lucia, president of FormaSicuro Calabria. “An opportunity to understand whether these tools represent only a contractual obligation or, rather, a lever of competitiveness and corporate welfare”, we read in the presentation brochure.
Why participate? “To delve deeper into strategic issues: discover how bilateralism, financed training and second-level bargaining can become concrete development tools for businesses,” the organizers say.
