The Court of Locri acquitted the alleged smugglers of the SBarchments that took place in Roccella Ionica Between August and October 2023. The other accused acquitted is the citizen of Egyptian origin Gaefar Mohamad Elfardefended by the lawyer Giancarlo Liberatiwho waited in vain in front of the Locri prison the destination of his client after the decision of the judges to dispose of the immediate liberation.
